We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. We are seeking for an accountable Business Coordinator for handling business functions of our growing sales team. To ensure success as a Business Coordinator, you should foster a collaborative work environment that is free from distractions.
Business Coordinator
Eligibility Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years’ working experience as a business coordinator of a sales team
- Possess a diploma from a recognized institute (preferably in Marketing) or an equivalent qualification would be an added advantage.
- Should possess strong communication and PR skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency of Microsoft Office package
Job Profile:
- Coordinate the business functions among the Sales Team to achieve their sales targets
- Preparing tender documents and price quotations
- Coordinate with Suppliers and distributors on price requests, product compliances, order processing and required documentation
- Handling internal documentation, process sales orders, maintaining records, collecting marketing activities and generate sales leads by cold-calling
- Preparing sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis for the management review

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (IT SOLUTIONS)
Eligibility Requirements:
- 1 – 3 Years of Experience in sales (Experience in selling IT Solutions or IT Hardware to Corporate Sector would be an advantage)
- Possess a diploma (SLIM / CIM) or an equivalent qualification would be an added advantage.
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply as trainees
- Should possess excellent negotiation, good PR and communication skills.
Job Profile:
- Growth of the Corporate Sector business unit with world renowned IT brands.
- Build and develop new clientele whilst focusing on existing customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with less supervision.
- Negotiating with customers to provide the best technological solution within the budget.
- To directly work with product principals / distributors and offer the right solution to the customers.
- Responsible to achieve given sales target, collection target and profitability.
