Distribution and Dealer Platform for Yamamoto LK

Yamamoto LK needed to digitize and centralize motorcycle distribution, inventory, dealer operations, customer management, and after sales services, which were previously managed separately rather than through a single platform.

As the total solution provider handling requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support, OAK Integrated Systems built a centralized enterprise platform on web based technologies with cloud hosting infrastructure, bringing together distribution management, inventory and spare parts management, dealer management, and CRM.

The platform also includes service management, payment and invoice management, and executive dashboards for reporting, giving Yamamoto LK a single integrated system across the full distribution and dealer network.
